Learn deeper pose variations and new adjustments to key Svaroopa® yoga poses. Experience deeper openings in your own body, which form the foundation for your training as a teacher of advanced levels and Svaroopa® yoga therapist. You begin the detailed study of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras in this course and learn how to integrate the teaching of the sutras into your regular classes.
