Get Rama's personal guidance and support in deepening your home practice! Rama joins you in your home via phone conference every other week for six weeks. She'll answer your questions, give individualized recommendations according to your needs and interests, and assign specific practices for you and the whole group. Each call includes discussions about the effects of your new practices. This course is limited to 8 yogis! You'll cultivate a more profound yoga practice as well as powerful yogic relationships among the small group of Svaroopis with whom you share this experience
